I just thought it would be a good idea to post my ab workouts for you guys!
This is my workout this week for “The Search For My Six-Pack Abs!”

I am following the workout from the book “The Complete Book of Abs”

Day One and Two
Hip Raises: 20 reps
Bent-Leg Hip Raises: 25 reps
Modified Side Jackknives: 20 reps
Crossovers: 25 reps
Crunches: Bent Knee: 25 reps
Crunches: Frog Legs: 25 reps

Rest 25 secs in between.

Day Three and Four
Hip Raises: 25 reps
Bent-Leg Hip Raises: 25 reps
Modified Side Jackknives: 25 reps
Crossovers: 25 reps
Crunches: Bent Knee: 25 reps
Crunches: Frog Legs: 25 reps

Rest 20 secs in between.
